Q: Can I have my orders delivered any sooner?
A: Of course! Please contact our office to arrange for RUSH orders, depending on availability of the costume.
Q: What is Ferreira's Exchange policy?
A: We do not accept returns. If there is a manufacturing defect we will gladly replace the item
however items cannot be exchanged for a refund. Exchanging items because of incorrect size ordering must be arranged by calling our office for an "Exchange Number" and the address and exchange instructions. Orders returned to our warehouse without an "Exchange Number" will be refused and returned to sender. Exchanges are accepted within 2 (two) weeks after the original order is received. Costumes to be exchanges should be in the original condition, packaging and on hanger. Exchanges must occur prior to the next available ship date and will be charged an additional $10 per costume, as well as the shipping charge.

Q: Do you offer discounts for early orders?
A: Ferreira introduces a discount scale for orders of $1500 or larger, if paid in full at the time of the order by business check or credit card. Over $1,500 - 6% discount if ordered before 1/7/12, 3% discount after 1/7/12 Over $2,500 - 7% discount if ordered before 1/7/12, 4% discount after 1/7/12 Over $5,000 - 10% discount if ordered before 1/7/12, 5% discount after 1/7/12 Over $10,000 - 11% discount if ordered before 1/7/12, 5.5% discount after 1/7/12 Over $15,000 - 12% discount if ordered before 1/7/12, 6% discount after 1/7/12 Over $25,000 - 15% discount if ordered before 1/7/12, 8% discount after 1/7/12

Q: Where can I locate my Customer ID and password to shop online?
A: In the back of your catalog, right above your Studio Name you will see two numbers. The first number is your Customer ID, the second number, which start with PW is your password. Please note that password is case-sensitive - you will need to type PW00000 to be able to access our Costume Store.
